Happy 4th of July!

We (finally) hosted our first party since baby P arrived. Happy birthday America! The party was a ton of fun and the food and fireworks were incredible. However it is always the people who make the party and in this case it made the event unforgettable!

Cousin Zoe came to visit!

Cousin Zoe came to visit for the past 2 weeks and we were so happy to have her here. She is AMAZING with Preston and earned the title "Baby Whisperer" because when no one else could calm our fussy little man....she could! Zoe is a wonderful young woman who is so kind, loving and mature for her short 14 years. We hope this trip becomes an annual visit. We love our Zoe and miss her bunches already.

Nothing can warm your heart more than a baby's smile...especially when it is your baby. WOW what love...Preston is so wonderful. I can't wait until he starts giggling :)

2 months old!

Preston did a GREAT job at his 2 month check up today. He is 100% healthy and in the 60th percentile for height and weight. P is now 11.3 lbs and 23 inches long! Our little man is growing up so fast :)

going for a walk...

P and Mommy were about to go for a walk when we noticed some extra weight in the bottom of the stroller. I checked it out and sure enough we had a stow away! P slept through the entire incident :)

Great Granny comes to visit!

We were so lucky to have GREAT Granny in town for a visit. She was kind enough to make us some amazing mexican food and take care of baby P so Mommy could shower in the mornings! We had many adventures and miss Granny already.
